Manijhé: Truth is not a natural habit. It must be consciously learnt. Galileo Galilei once said, that, “All truths are easy to understand once they are discovered; the point is to discover them.” Essentially, history is the remembering of truth while learning how to face it under the given challenges of the present time. Historians are important because people often find themselves trapped by their ignorance and become comfortable with the lies they have been told, as well as the lies they've invented. To know and to recognize truth, a historian must consciously make it a habit to find it.
